Shareholders were recently sent Proxy Materials in conjunction with National Catholic’s Annual Shareholder Meeting. The materials should arrive at the business office of each Shareholder by Wednesday September 4, 2019

The Annual Shareholder Meeting is Sunday September 29, 2019 at 9:00 am in the Plaza Ballroom, Lobby Level, East Tower of the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The Annual Shareholder Meeting is preceded by breakfast in the same location starting at 8:30 am.

Each year National Catholic Shareholders are asked to vote prior to the Company’s Annual Meeting. Instructions and details for voting are contained in the Proxy Materials. This year the only voting being conducted within the Proxy Materials is for the election of members for National Catholic’s Board of Directors. You will see details and biographies of the directors standing for election in the Proxy Materials.

Shareholders are being asked to vote on the election of directors and being asked to return the ballot contained in the Proxy Material. The Company Secretary will tabulate the vote and Company Chairman will announce the result of the vote at the Annual Meeting.

Janet Wilhelms will be your support for questions and issues concerning the mailing, voting and return vote process. She can be reached at or (630) 598-3620.

Finally note, the Company will hold Mass at the Hyatt Regency prior to the Annual Meeting. Mass will start at 8:00 am in the Gold Coast meeting room, Concourse Level, West Tower of the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Please also note the Mass will not appear on the DFMC Conference Schedule but friends, family and colleagues of our National Catholic community are invited to attend.

We look forward to seeing you in Chicago or hearing from you when you return your ballot materials.
